Nice and incredibly friendly hotel, our stay was really great.

The location couldn't be more marvellous in the perfect area. And it was also near to Cleveland, Kent and Akron and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Flooe was not vacumned in the corners and dirty The shower in room 211 did not work properly.

Did not like the fact there was a bed bug in my shower. Had to make sure my body and clothes did not have any either. Will not come back

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the easy access to common areas. The staff were accommodating, offering assistance whenever I needed it. The rooms were clean and well-kept.

More seating options in common areas would help.

The location was perfect, only 10 minutes from the summit indoor derby. Our queen room with two queen beds was clean, comfy, and everything worked well! Don't miss mike's place nearby for an amazing all-day breakfast experience.

We had a blast! The place was super close to the Summit Indoor Derby, just a 10-min drive. Beds were comfy and the room was clean, even if it was a bit dated. Check out Mike's Place for breakfast-amazing food and just 4 mins away! One thing though, the decor could use a little love.

Affordable prices make this place appealing, though some cleanliness issues stood out. The room was decently sized and comfortable, but a thorough cleaning was needed. Staff interaction could be improved since they seemed indifferent. The breakfast options were limited, but at least we could grab a quick bite.

We visited the Akron Civic Theater and Kent State University Museum, both awesome spots. The hotel was comfy and so affordable for our stay. It was perfect. Definitely recommend for groups looking for a chill spot.

One downside was the breakfast-very limited options. It could use improvement to make it more enjoyable .
